My Story

I have been resilient enough to push through many hardships to achieve my desired goals. This resilience I have taken with me through my career allowing me opportunities, such as joining Sanari Capital.

I joined Sanari Capital because it has been a life-long dream to combine my knowledge and experience within the private equity space to assist businesses that we invest in, to reach new heights and to help strengthen the confidence of investors in Sanari.

I look for businesses with great growth potential, strong leadership, an ethical culture and that align with the Sanari values and businesses that creates a positive impact on our society. 

I add value to the companies I invest in by embracing team culture and through collaborative work with the management of the portfolio companies, as well as knowledge and skills transfer.

My passion for what I do comes from my desire to see all our businesses succeed. I am constantly thinking, “Teamwork makes the Dream work!”

Before I joined Sanari I worked at several JSE listed financial services entities (ABSA/Standard Bank) on some anchor programmes. Most recently I worked for the NEXTEC Group, that is part of the EOH Group of companies, overseeing the treasury function. 

Neil holds his full Chartered Institute of Management Accounts qualifications and is a member in good standing with the ACMA CGMA professional body. He also has his Masters in Business Administration from Milpark Business School and holds a certification in Digital Business Transformation Management.
