Mametja Moshe is the founder and CEO of investment and advisory firm, Moshe Capital.

She has over 13 years’ corporate finance and principal investing experience. Mametja has been instrumental in key transactions for Identity Capital Partners, a leading South African investment firm, which she joined in 2010.

She previously held M&A and corporate finance investment banking roles with Morgan Stanley and UBS, where she led teams in the execution of transactions of over $4 Billion.

Mametja began her career in auditing and corporate tax at KPMG (covering tax compliance, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and BEE transactions). She has extensive mining sector experience, and exposure to telecommunications, transport, consumer products and other diversified sectors. She currently holds directorships at Rencap, JAYCOR and Moshe Capital..

Mametja obtained Bachelor of Commerce Honours degrees in Accounting and Management Accounting from the University of Kwazulu Natal. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) and holds an MBA from the Global Executive Program at Columbia Business School and London Business School.
