Founded in 2013, Sanari Capital is a private equity firm that invests in companies in the lower and mid market to realise their growth potential. Our focus is on businesses in South Africa and in other select sub-Saharan African countries with a proven a proven model and market and an enterprise value of R50 million to approximately R500 million.

Sanari specialises in founder-run, owner-managed and family-owned businesses, bringing corporate best practice to entrepreneurial settings, and a sense of ownership to highly corporate environments.
